Monciak - 5 minutes on foot

A walk with your family or romantic supper for two, frantic night in Sopot clubs or going out to the
cinema - that is only part of the attractions offered by “Monciak” ( the most popular term used for Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street) - the pride of Sopot for pedestrians only. Have your morning coffee in Krzywy Dom and in the evening drop in at famous SPATiF. Here in Sopot you will always find something for yourself any time of the year.



Dom Zdrojowy (SPA) – 10 minutes on foot.

The symbol of Sopot as a health-resort is Dom Zdrojowy (SPA) which continues the tradition of the previous kurhaus functioning at this location since 1924. Fountains in the shape of mushrooms from which popular and healthy Sopot brine is flowing make the atmosphere in here much nicer. It’s not far from here to the pier as well as to the promenade with a bicycle lane or to the fishing harbour. The decision where to go is yours.



The pier “Molo” – 10 minutes on foot

The longest wooden pier in Europe (512 m) awaits you on sunny days. Surrounded by beaches, Clubs, restaurants and shops this symbol of Sopot is a perfect addition on your walk - here you will feel as if you were at sea, you will grow fond of the sun and salty smell of sea waves and during the regatta season you can admire sailing boats and surfers from Sopot Sailing Club. Go to the pier – straight into the sea...



Opera Leśna (Forest Opera) – 10 minutes on foot.

Situated among the hills of the Tri-city Landscape Park, “Opera Leśna” is not only the place of relaxing walks. A dozen or more times a year the Opera stage resounds with music and the applause of the audience of thousands. It’s where the popular song festival - Sopot Festival has been held for 40 years and Opera Leśna is visited by a great number of excellent actors and musicians. Take a walk to the Opera – perhaps you will meet one of them...



Łysa Góra – 15 minutes on foot.

One of the highest natural vantage points in Sopot from where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of forests and buildings of the Tri-city as well as the waters of Gdańska Bay. In winter you can make use of the only open ski lift in the Tri-city. Skiing in Sopot? For inhabitants of apartment building Valor it is only a 15-minute walk.



The Horse – Racecourse – 20 minutes on foot.

The horseracing course situated on the border with Gdańsk attracts not only great lovers of horses

Orłowski Cliff – 10 minutes by car or one-hour walk (1 h on foot)

The pride of Orłowo – ( a district of Gdynia bordering on Sopot) – is not only the pier (smaller than the one in Sopot) butprimarily thel famous Orłowski Cliff. The steep slope side of forest reserve Kępa Redłowska impresses with both beautiful views from the top and the rough, stony shore line at the bottom. From Apartment building Valor you can reach this place on foot or by car but the nicest way is by bike.



Seaside boulevard in Gdynia – 15 minutes by car.

Neigbouring Gdynia is often called “the town from the sea and dreams”. The centre of the town directly borders on Gdańsk Bay waters and its most elegant part is seaside boulevard leading to municipal beach and Gdynia’s marine. A traditional place of walks with dogs and bicycle rides. From here you have the best view of Puck and Gdańsk Bays and on sunny days you can even see the Hel Pennisula.



Airport – 20 minutes by car.

The airport in Gdańs k – Rębiechowo is a window out onto the world both for Tri-city and the whole region. Regular air connections with many European countries serve businessmen and tourists all year round and seasonal charters to tourist resorts on the Mediterranean let Tri-city tourists get to know new faraway places.



The Gdańsk Old Town – 25 minutes by car.

Charming streets of old Gdańsk hide more than one mystery. It is worth strolling about the streets of the Old Town to enjoy medieval, renaissance or baroque architecture, to find a sculpture hidden in façade or just to drink in the beauty and the atmosphere of the hanseatic town. On the way you can stop for a while in historic Oliwa and go shopping in Wrzeszcz or see Westerplatte. Only 25-minute drive separates the inhabitants of apartment building Valor from great history.



Golf course Tokary (30 minutes by car), Postołowo ( 1 h by car) and Sierra Golf Club (40 minutes by car)

The Hel Pennisula – 1,5 h by car.

The end of the world is not far away – it is the most distant part of the Hel Pennisula, behind which there is nothing more than the Baltic Sea. But before you get there, you can stop to see white beaches in Chałupy and Jastarnia or to perfect your windsurfing or kitesurfing skills on the opposite side of the peninsula – on the waves of Puck Bay . The high sea or the shallow bay, the beach or sailing – you can always choose here – on the peninsula.
