I. APARTMENTS1.Composition of internal walls
- brick or plasterboard construction

5.Internal woodwork: front door to apartments: solid, anti-burglar of class C with increased sound insulation, there is no internal door and door frames
6.Window frames: wooden anti-burglar window frames, window panels with increased sound insulation, in ground floor apartments anti-burglar window ferrules

8.Internal stairs in split-level flats: stopgap, wooden
9.Internal systems:
- heating: individually, thermostatically controlled paneled located according to the heating system project; in the bathroom hydro-electric radiators, gas energy source from gas boiler – room;
- individually metered water supply system connected to the place of sanitary facilities assembly, pipes can go partly on the external side of the wall or floor;
- sewage system – connected to sanitary facilities, pipes can go partly on the external side of the wall or floor;
- ventilation system: gravitational (flue in the kitchen or in the kitchen’s annex and in the bathroom in some apartments); a separate vertical pipeline to connect any ventilation hood;
- wiring system – standard 230 volt system equipped with sockets and main fuse board, lighting points for electric–light fittings, 3-phase electric system of 400 volts adapted to accommodate an electric cooker; a number of lighting points and electric sockets;
- one lighting point in each room, one in the kitchen’s annex
- in each room with a floor area up to 12 square metres at least 2 double sockets; in bigger rooms at least 3 double sockets; in the kitchen or the kitchen’s annex at least 3 double sockets ; in the bathroom 3 sockets;
- one lighting point with a light fitting and one electric socket on balconies and terraces;
- door bell: input installation of sound signaling system together with a doorbell placed in the apartment distribution board;
- telephone installation: one telephone socket (without a signal) with wires connected to a cable joint of telephone installation in the distribution board;
- videophone installation: complete videophone installation with fittings;
- TV installation: RTV socket (without a signal) in each room together with wires connected to the telecommunication joint of the TV installation in the distribution board;
II. UTILITY ROOMS
1.Walls partly honeycombed:
- of reinforced concrete, not plastered, painted or,
- made of brick, not plastered, painted or,
- painted gypsum plaster or finishing coat on some internal walls;
2.Floor: concrete block;
3.Door: honeycombed, metal door frame;
4.Wiring system: one lighting point, there is no electric socket, no separate meter, the wiring system connected to the administration meter.
5.There may be inspection openings as well as fragments of pipes and internal installations in utility rooms.
III. HOME GARDENS
1. Area: shaped with the layer of fertile soil sowed with grass;
2. Fence: marked borders of gardens.
IV. GARAGE HALL
1.Parking places: open, marked allotted spaces;
2.Ventilation system: one system for the whole garage hall;
3.Wiring system: one system for the whole garage hall, lighting of the garage hall divided into zones activated by motion detectors;
4.Gate: opened by a remote control;
5.Heated entrance driveway.
V. THE REMAINING ELEMENTS OF THE BUILDING AND SHARED PROPERTY
1. External walls of the building: ceramic and of reinforced concrete, ceramic elements warmed with foamed polystyrene and finished with quality materials (natural milled rock tiles, wood) or plaster; thin layered plaster on the foundation reinforced with fabric made of fibre glass;
2. Load–bearing walls: of reinforced concrete or made of brick
3. Staircase: the floor finished with facing of natural milled rock tiles , paint coating and quality lining on the walls with increased exposure to daylight through a decorative skylight, electric lighting, elegant finished décor and furniture;
4. Lift: a passenger express lift from the garage level;
5. Monitoring system: cameras in the common area of property integrated in the monitoring centre;
6. Fence of the area : fence, gate, entrance gate opened with a remote control;
7. Roads: finished with concrete blocks and partly with geograting;
8. Walkways: fine–dimensional vibro-pressed elements and flagstones;
9. Lighting: at the entrances to the building and along paved areas;
10. Remaining elements: the area around the building will be developed with architectural details and features.
